A lot of you asking about Portage Fitness Cooperative's workouts might think that we ONLY lift weights or ONLY do AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible) for cardio. Well, we do BOTH! Sometimes our workouts are a combination of the AirDyne bikes {top picture}, rowing, running, etc. and some lifting. While some of our workouts include heavy lifting, and we use up all of our weights {bottom picture}. Rest assured we have workouts for everyone and are able to scale workouts depending on your goals and/or abilities!
