New Location, New Blog Post!

As I type this, we are one 5AM WOD in to continuing our journey at our new location, 201 E. Albert Street. Since forming the cooperative in September 2014, none of us ever imagined that we would turn our vision into what we have become today. After all, we were just a group of friends who just wanted to continue working out together when it was announced to us that Fitness Foundry would be closing in August 2014. Dozens of meetings, hours of brainstorming, gallons of paint, weeks of renovating, and a long weekend of cleaning and organizing later, we are proud to announce we are now affiliated and moved! We had our farewell workout at the Foundry on E. Edgewater last Friday and are beyond excited for our new space, fully equipped with a warm-up room, brand new his and her bathrooms, a kitchenette, and soon to come showers! We hope you join us on this journey; but until then, here are some sneak peaks!
